Quality & Traceability
Every lot we ship is a documented lot. Here is exactly what that means — nothing more, nothing less.
With every lot, included at no charge:
- Certificate of Conformance (CoC) — stating the part number, lot quantity, material, specification revision, and our authorized signature.
- Full dimensional inspection report — measured values against the standard drawing's lettered dimensions.
- 100% thread and plating verification — go/no-go gauging on threads and thickness verification on plating for every lot.
Traceability. Each lot carries a lot number built from part number + production date + material heat number. From that lot number we can retrieve the mill material report (MTR) for the exact bar your parts were machined from. Heat-lot traceable MTRs are available on request.
First Article Inspection. AS9102-format FAI is available on request for new or recurring programs.
Drawings and revisions. We manufacture to the public standard drawings (MS, NAS, AN and successor standards such as NASM) and track revision notices; the revision on your datasheet is the revision your parts are inspected to.
What we do not claim. We are a self-declared manufacturer to public standard drawings — we do not hold third-party quality-system certifications today, and we do not describe ourselves as such. Buyers whose contracts flow down certified-quality-system requirements should review our documentation package first; many MRO and commercial programs find it sufficient, and we are happy to send a sample CoC and inspection report before you order.
Questions about a specific part's documentation package: send us the part number.
