Collection: Spacers
Spacers and standoffs set precise distances between structure, panels and equipment — controlling bolt grip lengths, aligning brackets, and isolating components from structure. In airframe assembly the spacer is an engineered part, not a cut tube.
Key families include the NAS43 sleeve spacer series (the industry standard, selected by diameter and length dash numbers), NAS463, NAS1057 and NAS1829. Materials are aluminum alloy (2024, 6061) for general airframe use, brass where conductivity or corrosion behavior calls for it, and corrosion-resistant steel for higher loads. Wall thickness, length tolerance and finish are fixed by the drawing.
Every lot ships with a Certificate of Conformance; heat-lot traceable mill material reports are available on request. Made to order, ships in 4 weeks, delivered duty paid — US duties included in our prices, with free express shipping on orders of $300 or more. Sold by the piece (EA), 1-piece minimum.
Spacer sizes are being added continuously. Send the part number — or the bolt size and required length — and we quote within one business day.
