Mil-spec clamps secure wire bundles, hoses, ducts and tubing against vibration and chafing — the quiet hardware that keeps systems routing intact for the life of the airframe. Loop, band and worm-drive styles cover everything from a single cable to a four-inch duct.

The workhorse of the category is the MS21919 cushioned loop clamp: a corrosion-resistant steel band with a bonded elastomer cushion, selected by dash number to match bundle diameter. Worm-drive hose clamps (MS35842 series) handle low-pressure hose and duct connections. Band materials are typically CRES 301/302/304 with EPDM or chloroprene cushions; cadmium-plated carbon steel versions remain in service on legacy drawings.

Every lot ships with a Certificate of Conformance; heat-lot traceable mill material reports are available on request.
