Collection: Electrical

Mil-spec electrical hardware connects, terminates and protects aircraft wiring: ring-tongue terminals, lugs, in-line splices, connector accessories and identification hardware. Unlike commercial terminals, these parts are qualified for vibration, temperature cycling and corrosion per their governing specifications.

Core items include ring-tongue terminals (MS25036 series) for power and ground connections, terminal lugs, crimp splices, and connector backshells and accessories. Contact bodies are copper alloy, tin-plated; insulation is rated for the aircraft environment. Termination is by controlled crimp tooling — the terminal, the wire and the tool die are a matched system, and correct plating plus crimp geometry are what keep millivolt drops stable after years of thermal cycling.

Every lot ships with a Certificate of Conformance; heat-lot traceable mill material reports are available on request. Made to order, ships in 4 weeks, delivered duty paid — US duties included in our prices, with free express shipping on orders of $300 or more. Sold by the piece (EA), 1-piece minimum.
