Collection: HL Series Fasteners

HL part numbers are Huck fastening systems — the Hi-Lok/Hi-Lite pin-and-collar family used for high-strength, interference-fit structural joints, plus Huck blind fasteners for one-sided installation. Where a rivet joint is not strong enough and a bolt is too heavy, this is the hardware in between.

Hi-Lok pins and collars (HL18/HL19 series pins with HL70/HL75-series collars) install with a controlled preload: the collar's hex wrenching section torques off at the design preload, leaving a flush, vibration-proof joint. Materials are alloy steel, A286 and titanium for pins; aluminum, steel and A286 for collars. Grip lengths follow the material stack-up — dash numbers matter.

Every lot ships with a Certificate of Conformance; heat-lot traceable mill material reports are available on request.
