Lead Time & Delivery (DDP)

One lead time, no asterisks: 4 weeks.

Every part in our catalog is made to order at our Kunshan plant. We do not keep finished-goods inventory — we keep certified raw bar stock on the shelf, and your order goes through machining, heat treatment, plating, and inspection as one documented lot. Four weeks covers the full cycle, and it applies to every standard part we list, from a $3 bolt to a $300 one.

Why we choose honesty over the appearance of stock: distributors showing "in stock" frequently mean "in stock somewhere, maybe, after you call." We prefer a date we can hit. For planning purposes: production 4 weeks, then express courier (FedEx/DHL) 3–7 days worldwide. Most customers receive parts 5–6 weeks after order confirmation.

Shipping charges.

  • Orders of $300 or more: free express shipping, worldwide.
  • Orders under $300: a flat $49.99 courier charge.

Duties included — DDP. Our prices are delivered-duty-paid. U.S. import duty and Section 301 tariffs are included in the price you see, and shipments are declared at full transaction value. The number on your invoice is the number that arrives at your dock — no customs invoices, no brokerage surprises after the fact.

Larger programs. For orders above 500 pieces or $5,000, ask us for a quotation — volume pricing and FOB terms are available for freight-forwarder shipments.

Need it faster? Tell us your required date before ordering. For AOG and line-down situations we can often compress the schedule on specific lots; we will tell you honestly what is and is not possible.
