Collection: Gaskets
Aircraft gaskets seal fuel, oil and hydraulic interfaces — filler caps, strainers, pumps, sumps and fittings — where a failed seal means a grounded aircraft. Materials are chosen for the fluid: copper for crush seals, oil- and fuel-resistant compounds for flange faces.
The AN12xxx series (AN12258, AN12601, AN12608, AN12636 and related numbers) covers the classic fuel- and oil-system gaskets still called out across legacy fleets, alongside AN900 copper crush gaskets for plug and fitting seals. Thickness, ID/OD and material are fixed by the part number; sealing performance depends on it. A correct crush gasket seals on first torquing — reuse is never the intent, and an annealed, spec-correct replacement is cheap insurance.
Every lot ships with a Certificate of Conformance; heat-lot traceable mill material reports are available on request. Made to order, ships in 4 weeks, delivered duty paid — US duties included in our prices, with free express shipping on orders of $300 or more. Sold by the piece (EA), 1-piece minimum.
Gaskets are being added to stock continuously. Send the part number and quantity — we quote within one business day.
