Export Compliance
FULLERKREG sells standard, off-the-shelf aerospace fasteners manufactured to public, non-proprietary industry and military standard drawings (MS, NAS, AN and their successors). This page summarizes how we handle export compliance. It is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice.
Export classification. The standard fasteners in our catalog are classified EAR99 under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations — they are not listed on the Commerce Control List and are not ITAR-controlled defense articles. Classification references are shown on each product's datasheet for convenience; the exporter of record remains responsible for its own classification and screening obligations.
What we do not do.
- We do not sell ITAR-controlled items, and we do not fulfill orders intended for weapons development, nuclear, or missile-technology end uses.
- We are not a U.S. Department of Defense prime contractor and do not accept DoD direct-procurement awards. Buyers with DFARS specialty-metals or domestic-melt requirements (e.g., qualifying-country melt origin) should treat our products as commercial-standard parts and verify suitability against their contract flow-downs before ordering — our material is melted and manufactured in China.
- We do not misdeclare customs value. Shipments are declared at transaction value with the applicable HTS classification.
End-use screening. We screen orders and quotations against restricted-party lists and reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, at our sole discretion, where end use or the parties involved raise compliance concerns.
Your responsibilities. By purchasing, you confirm that you will not re-export or divert the products to any embargoed country, sanctioned party, or prohibited end use, and that you will comply with all applicable export-control laws in your jurisdiction.
Questions about a specific part's classification: contact us with the part number and we will provide the classification reference we have on file.
