Protective caps and plugs keep fluid lines, fittings, electrical connectors and machined ports clean from factory to final assembly. They seal out dust, moisture and FOD during storage, shipping and overhaul — a small part that prevents expensive contamination damage.

The line covers protective caps for threaded fittings and tube ends (MS90376 series), connector dust caps, plug closures and thread protectors, in polyethylene, vinyl and conductive materials where static control matters — conductive and anti-static versions protect ESD-sensitive avionics connectors in transit. Sizes follow the fitting and connector dimensions they protect, so selection is driven by the mating part number.

Every lot ships with a Certificate of Conformance; heat-lot traceable mill material reports are available on request.
